Basics for Eligibility:

1. You have no CURRENT criminal charges
2. You are not serving probation

Please note, only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrest in the past five years can be expunged.

If you qualify for expungement attorneys from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA will be present at this event will direct you to the next steps to take in your case.
