On August 31, 2022, the Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee held a public hearing to discuss the new Clean Slate bill, which would expand Clean Slate to cover drug felonies and certain lower-level, property-related felonies after ten years conviction-free.  An impressive coalition of supporters stood behind the bill, and legislators heard from our friend Gina Davis, who would benefit from a Clean Slate expansion.
